Ab Exercises

There are many types of ab exercies today. The abs are a very important area that most people skip over. However back problems can be a direct result of poor ab strength.fa

Cruches and situps are probably the most popular ab exercises. Sit ups are simply performed with your feet on the ground while most crunches are done with your feet in the air and involve less movement however you can burn just as many caleries and get solid muscle tone from both exersies.

There are also many ab products on the market that claim to strengthin and tone faster and more effectiently than good old fashioned push ups.

One popular ab exercise that we recomend is the leg lift. Simply lay on your back with your palms down at your sides and lift and hold your feet 4-6 inches off of the ground. You will feel an imediate burning in your abs as they contract to lift your legs. Repeat and hold for 30 seconds each set.
